Andrew serves as Director of Acquisitions at Ynvest. He plays an instrumental role in driving the strategic expansion of the company’s real estate portfolio. His expertise shows itself in his ability to identify, evaluate, and negotiate lucrative multifamily opportunities leveraging a wide network of industry connections, market analytics, and general insight into our select markets.

Prior to joining Ynvest, Andrew served as an Acquisitions Associate at a family-office, learning how to locate, negotiate, and underwrite real estate deals. He later worked as an Analyst at another private-equity firm, tracking property performance and generating performance data for several company departments. Several years of work in both the sales-end and back-end of real estate offices has given him a wide-breadth of knowledge on real estate investing and management.

Andrew has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baruch College in Finance. He is an active member of his local community, assisting with several programs for youth and young adults. He is an avid basketball fan, and enjoys spending time reading and learning new things.
