Ynvest NY is our wholly-owned subsidiary with a special focus on the Big Apple. We are actively seeking ynvestment opportunities in Multi-family, Mixed-Use, and Retail assets.
Ynvest OoS
Ynvest OoS is our wholly owned subsidiary with a special focus on Out of State assets. We've transacted in states like South Carolina, Missouri, and Pennsylvania, to name a few. We're asset-class agnostic, and have primarily focused on Student Housing, Multi-Family, Retail Strip Centers, Industrial, and Self-Storage assets up and down the East Coast and across the Sunbelt.
